Game 5

It was a very chilly morning for soccer, but despite some cold fingers and toes the Sharks played another strong match, soundly beating a short-handed Yellow team 7-1. The Yellow team kept it close early, but the Sharks proved too much, dominating the action with good team and individual efforts.

Goals were scored by Amber, Jake (2), Nate, Luke (2), and Cameron. The offense was sparked by some great team play and excellent passing from Liam, Amber, Isabella, and others. Defensively the Sharks remained strong, with solid goaltending from Liam, Luke, and Jake, behind hustling defense from Sophie, Nate, Cameron, and others.

The Sharks were without Grace, Sophia, and Matthew who were all out due to illness.
